Key Holding package to suit your requirements
Our Key Holding packages start from as little a €10 a month. We ensure that your property receives the very best care; you can be assured that your home is in professional and responsible hands. Take a look at our service packs that can meet all your requirements.
- Property Inspection Checks on your property, what’s included?
- Visual inspection of exterior and interior
- Check all sanitary equipment and plumbing and electrical
- Security checks of doors, windows and shutters
If there is an immediate problem we will take the appropriate steps to try and resolve it and you will be contacted straight away. Any minor problems will be reported to you and we will await your instructions.
We have 3 different Key Holding Packages tailored to suit all your requirements.
To make sure that your house hold insurance is covered you must have your property inspected every 30 days.
BRONZE Pack
Keys Only
This service is just €10 a month and covers the holding of keys only. Contract Terms are for 6 Months or 12 Months.
€60 - 6 Months Contract or €120 - 12 Months Contract
SILVER Pack
Monthly Property Inspection
This service is ONLY €30 per month and covers the following.
A Monthly check of your property to see that everything is ok and secure that everything is in correct order. Also a plumbing and electrical visual check will be carried out to confirm that all is working correctly.
€180 - 6 Months Contract or €300 - 12 Months Contract.
GOLD Pack
Fortnightly Property Inspection
This service is €40 per month and covers the following.
A fortnightly Check of your property to see that everything is ok and secure that everything is in correct order. Also a plumbing, electrical, infestation and damp visual check will be carried out to confirm that all is working correctly.
If requested by owners. Electric will be switched on, fridge and hot water will be turned on. If the visitor is arriving after dark a light will be left on for their arrival.
€240 - 6 Months Contract. €400 - 12 Months Contract.
PLATINUM Pack
Weekly Property Inspection
This service is €60 per month and covers the below at no extra cost.
A weekly check of your property to see that everything is in order and secure. Also a plumbing and electrical visual check will be carried out to confirm that all is working correctly.
If requested by owners. Electric will be switched on, fridge and hot water will be turned on. If the visitor is arriving after dark a light will be left on for their arrival.
€360 - 6 Months Contract. €600 - 12 Months Contract.

Price for these services is calculated by appointment.
Meet & Greet Your Guests
We can meet your guests at your property. On arrival, the keys will be handed over and guests and they can be shown around the property by our representative and how to use all the facilities.
The cost of this service is ONLY €30. Please note an out of hour’s extra charge of €10 for requests before 9am and after 9.00pm.
Guests Welcome Packs
We highly recommend that you use this service to make your guests stay more relaxing and welcoming. Please see below the packages that we can provide you.
Basic: €25 bread, milk, butter, coffee, tea, sugar, jam, juice, water
Medium: €35 Includes all of the above plus eggs, bacon and sausages
Luxury: €50 Includes all of the above plus 1 bottle of red and white wine and 6 pack of beer
